Tendai is a holder of an LLB (Hons) from University of Zimbabwe. She has an upper second class degree class. She joined Matsikidze Attorneys-At-Law as an associate on 1 July 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Provincial Magistrate with Judicial Service Commission from October 2004 to July 2021. She has vast knowledge in how to handle trials in civil and criminal matters. Having been a magistrate for 17 years.
She has vast expertise in adjudication of criminal and civil matters, interpretation of statutes, how to handle victims of gender based violence or sexual abuse. She has passion for criminal, civil law, family law and succession law.
